Continuing Education
Lifelong learning is a key aspect of a lifelong relationship with the University. Local clubs can provide exceptional learning opportunities for alumni and their communities through continuing education programs such as a Hesburgh Lecture, a financial workshop, or sponsoring a teacher for the Excellence in Teaching weekend seminar. NOTRE DAME CLUB OF GETTYSBURG PROJECTS (Projects will be updated for 2010 as they occur.) Hesburgh Lecture - The club conducted our 2010 Hesburgh Lecture on May 1st at Mara Auditorium on the campus of Gettysburg College. Our guest speaker was Kathy Sullivan, Director of Spirituality at Notre Dame. She gave a presentation entitled "The Search for Fulfillment: Applying the Beatitudes in Tough Times". Her presentation was fabulous and we received many great comments about it. For a review of the great weekend we had with Kathy just click on the following links.
