Club Policies and Documents

The Notre Dame Club of Gettysburg provides the following links to outline specific policies for members of the club:

ND Club Mission - Provides the goals of Notre Dame University and the Mission of the many ND Clubs throughout the world.

2010 Volunteer/Participation Scorecard - Provides the ongoing point totals for volunteers during the 2010 year and provides the basis for the distribution of the club's allotted football tickets. See the Football Ticket Policy below for specific details.  

Football Ticket Policy - Provides the policy that governs who will get the club's allotted tickets for the 2010 game. The Volunteer/Participation Scorecard is used in conjunction with this policy.

2010 Master Schedule - Provides key event dates for the "year in a glance". It is used by the board for planning purposes. It was developed at the 2010 Planning Meeting on December 11th, 2009.

2010 Administrative Deadlines - Provides key deadlines for the year.

Financial Policy - Outlines rules to be used to raise funds for the organization and when and how to distribute other fundraisers. This procedure may be modified by vote of the Board of Directors.

Club By-laws - Designed from the NDAA template for by-laws, with some local changes.

Payment Voucher - Used whenever requesting funds from the Treasurer.
